In the case of returns?

We are sorry that you want to return the product. First check whether the product meets the points below before you pack it and send it back.

  • You can go through this link from PostNL to purchase a return label at your own expense.
  • The product must be undamaged.
  • The product must be in the original foil and unopened.
  • The hangtag on the product must not be detached or cut off.
  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • If the return has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive a message and we will refund your purchase amount within 7 working days.

If Intertaping B.V. If you cannot or only partially execute your order within 30 days, you will be informed of this and you have the option of canceling the order free of charge.

Intertaping B.V. is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by the relevant company that sends the package.
